Batching systems is an automatic drier mouth tea totaliser. Batching Systems manufacturers   specially designed for the tea industries so as to look after the total production. Thus, helps to  generate report. These batching system are installed after the drier and before going to the sorting section. The discharge rate of batching systems is 800 kg made tea per hour. It can also increase up to 1800 kg /hour. Batching system manufacturer and exporter offer you fully automatic and computerized system. It helps to store all data to make the ultimate report at the end of the process. The control unit (srcu 100) can be placed at a distance of 90 / 100 metres from the weigh hoppers (in the office room).

  • L.E.D. Indicator on the control unit regarding Power Status, Lower & Upper Hopper Door functioning status & Error location indication facility.

In comparison to our SRCU 100 the conventional systems which are either Mechanical or Electro-mechanical has certain disadvantages

To mention a few:

  • Poor accuracy of the system.
  • Poor discharge rate or flow rate.
  • Frequent breakdown.
  • The Mechanical counter at times may miss a count, which is not possible to detect, resulting wrong computation.
  • Tea In Flight between upper & lower hopper goes unaccounted, resulting further inaccuracy and wrong computation of made Tea.

The “SRCU 100”system i.e batching system also eliminates all the above disadvantages by using digital technology and software driven control technology.
